Travel vaccinations
If you are planning to travel abroad, complete a travel risk assessment at least 8 weeks before your departure whenever possible.
Long-term condition reviews
We provide monitoring and reviews for long-term conditions. Depending on your needs, this may include:
- asthma and other respiratory conditions
- diabetes
- heart and circulation conditions
- blood-pressure monitoring
- medication monitoring and review
The practice will contact you when routine monitoring is due. If you have been asked to arrange a review, use the relevant online form or contact the surgery.
Vaccinations and immunisations
Vaccination services may include:
- childhood immunisations
- seasonal flu vaccination
- COVID-19 vaccination when commissioned and available
- other routine NHS vaccinations for eligible patients
