Use the NHS App

Depending on the services available for your account, you can use the NHS App or NHS website to:

• order repeat medication
• view test results and parts of your health record
• check or cancel appointments
• view your vaccination record
• receive messages from the surgery

Use SystmOnline

If you already have an account, sign in to SystmOnline.

If you need access for the first time:

• complete the register for online services form
• provide the identity information requested by the surgery
• use the registration details provided to activate your account

If you cannot use online services

If a disability or another individual circumstance prevents you from using an online service, please contact the surgery so we can discuss an appropriate alternative or reasonable adjustment.
