Please allow 7 days from submitting your request before collecting your medication.
For example, a request submitted on Monday should be ready the following Monday. Weekend requests will be treated as received on Monday. Please allow additional time around bank holidays.

You can use this service if you are registered with Fleggburgh Surgery. You can also complete the form on behalf of another registered patient.
Before you start
We will ask for:
- the patient’s name, date of birth and contact details
- the names and strengths of the repeat medication required
- where the prescription or medication should be collected
- your details, if you are completing the form for someone else
Other ways to order
You can also order repeat medication through the NHS App or your GP online account.
Alternatively, clearly tick the medication required on your paper counterfoil and place it in the dedicated letterbox in the surgery entrance.
We do not automatically order repeat medication, and the dispensary cannot accept repeat medication requests by telephone.
If a disability or another individual circumstance prevents you from using these ordering methods, please contact the surgery so we can discuss an appropriate reasonable adjustment.
